Gained 1 lb today after the weird 4 lb loss yesterday. My diet was good but I already knew I didn't really lose 4lbs , So the gain wasn't really a shock. Its like the old saying too good to be true then it probably is. Tomorrow is 2000kc Ribs at outback steakhouse day, can't wait to the see the gain after that one lol. Think I'll go have a coffee from starbucks now.
