down a few more pounds...sticking to Keto has been hard, there's been times I'm not able to. But I'm taking every victory I achieve, down pounds and not up is a victory!
221.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't understand how you can do the keto. way too hard
