starting week 5 on exercise starting week 2 on diet. 1st week on diet didn't go as good as I wanted .didn't lose hopefully week 2 will be better.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
