I'm back in the 200s today, but that's fine. I'm thinking about trying to keep it under 200 lbs. I'm looking forward to getting back to my routine today. I just hope my arm cooperates. I think I just tweaked a tendon in my elbow (tennis elbow?). It works better when I warm it up with a little exercise. Word of the day - BALANCE.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 74.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
