just wondering how tall are you if you don't mind me asking. I'm 62 and 4'8" and currently at 97 lbs. Working on losing to get back to 95. I have been down to 92 but family and friends said that was to thin. Me personally would love to get down to 80 something but at 92 I was lightheaded so I'm not sure if getting lower would jeopardize my health.

lite headed might be low blood pressure which can happen with too low of calories and electrolytes.
