Good morning. -0.6 kg. (-1.3 lbs.) yesterday! Mostly, I think, because my body got rid of the water it had detained the-day-before-yesterday, after all that ouzo and the other drinks I had.
232.4 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
