so angry right now - why can't i stop eating after 9pm. why can't i control myself 😠

I struggled and still sometimes do but I started looking at snacking and snacking late as a test and a challenge. if I managed to not snack or eat late I consider it a victory. I only feel bad and after I have eaten what ever I have I realised I feel no better and most of the time annoyed with myself. I know I don't need the extra food so its stupid to eat it. little steps little victories and you will get there
