Been drinking a ton of water and cutting out the sodium and weird processed foods (daily McDonald's cheeseburger). Working well and no "ew I'm on a diet" feeling. Just eating real food and eating slower and drinking water, tea, and coffee - no diet soda.
Actually worked out this morning because, completely out of character, I woke up an hour early feeling energized. This is just about equally important to me as losing the extra poundage I've put on recently. Remembering how out of shape I am though, and how my blood sugar crashes so drastically. I'm shaking after a 20 minute workout.
