This sounds silly but when it's going well I weigh almost every day, when it isn't... As seldom as possible.

Tuesday’s only actually i avoid the scale. If and when I forgot to weigh on that Tuesday I celebrate. I cannot handle being disappointed by the scale😀

I just started working out, eating smaller portions and drinking water so I am trying to stay away from the scale. Will probably weigh myself every 2 weeks

Every morning (stark naked before eating or drinking anything)! I know better than to get into a flap over fluctuations, but doing it this way is what keeps *me* more or less on track. (Your mileage may vary ;-) )
