Gratefull's Journal, 17 August 2012

Another great day with my weight the same. Feeling good and eating great. Had a shake for breakfast as my body seemed hungry. Trying to do at least 100 push ups a day in sets of 10. Love the pumped feeling and increased muscle mass.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
