Heh. I knew that 1.6 lb loss yesterday was 'too good to be true'. Mostly water weight, at a guess, since I spent yesterday hydrating like mad, and wound up .3 heavier today as a result. It's all good, I'd rather lose actual fat than just dehydrate myself, so better to be 'set back' a little and hydrated than fool myself by cheering water loss. A net of 1.3 lbs for yesterday and today is far more reasonable anyway.
260.3 lb Lost so far: 39.7 lb.    Still to go: 95.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
