1002 kcal Fat: 36.12g | Prot: 98.24g | Carb: 70.20g.   Breakfast: Cucumber (with Peel) , Tomatoes, Cooked Egg White, Black Tea. Lunch: Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Lamb, Cooked Broccoli. Dinner: Steamed or Boiled Squid, Royal Pani Puri, Skinless Chicken Breast, Prawns, Grapes, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts. Snacks/Other: Cucumber (with Peel) , Mango, Pistachio Nuts, Almonds . more...
