Just another rollercoaster ride on the weight-loss train. It has been a long time since I weighed under 140. Gotta go through not only the physical, but also the emotional stuff that got me here.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
