I have tried diet after diet! I am one of those people who can eat a bowl of macaroni and gain 2 lbs from it! I alwys wondered why no other diets were working for me~ well no duh! Basically im allergic to carbohydrates! So that goes to say I cant do low calorie diets. So after just 4 days on this diet i have lost in my waist alone 2.5 inches, i havent even measured anywhere else. Im so excited! I started at 164 i havent weighed myself yet, gonna wait till a whole week is complete, gonna do the induction phase as long as i can! please comment for support or friendship. this is gonna be a long ride!
