Great outing with a friend yesterday. Lunch at a (different) Caribbean-themed restaurant. Had a kale salad with tofu. I did not know the tofu was going to be deep fried, but hey, it was very good. Another salad with chicken breast for dinner. I'm OK with how things are going -- still striving for a good balance of fun and food.
