Let's hear it for homeostasis (not!). I may schedule another visit with my nutritionist. She did say that I basically have no "wiggle room." EVERY time I go slightly over 1200 calories I either stay the same or gain. At least my A1C is back in the normal range!! Yay. With diabetes on every side of my family, I do need to be careful. Well, anyway, my health is very good, so how can I complain? (Yes, I can still complain.)
