Binged & bloated. What a bad Memorial Day weekend for choosing what & how much I was going to eat! I am pretty disgusted with myself, too. Gotta get back on track! Anyone out there reading this I could use some prayers!
147.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
