YAY. I didn't follow the diet entirely, but I worked out almost every day and ran a LOT, and my body was so exhausted but it was worth it because I lost two lbs :)
133.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
