오랫만에 여유로운 고기타임.
목초먹인 소고기가 몸에 좋다고 하지만 육향때문에 먹기 꺼려젔는데 이제 냄새 줄이는 법 알게 되어 기쁘다ㅎㅎ
135.1 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
