Second swim today, scales have not moved however my clothes feel a little slacker and I feel goooood! Been very good with my food so far, so hoping scales will give me a result this week.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
