I do not understand exactly how I put on 8 pounds in a few days. I have had one cheat day in the last month, stick around 2000 calories / 25 net carbs or less, minimum of 3 days per week in the gym, and lots of other activities.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 60.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
