Another good day.

breakfast 2 eggs, 1/2 tomato, 30g steak

lunch 200g pilchards, carrots, broccoli. 30g dark choc.

snack dried banana chips

supper 200g pilchards

cutting out dairy really helps my cravings.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
