Hm. May just be water loss, I had a lot of coffee yesterday that I didn't bother to log. I should drink more water today, and expect a much smaller loss or even a gain tomorrow.
261.7 lb Lost so far: 38.3 lb.    Still to go: 96.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm thinking because the loss I had today was possibly just dehydration since I drank so many diuretics ;) Rehydrating might kick me right back up :)
