Thanks everybody. I have stopped "following" a diet and just eat when I'm hungry and when I do meal prep for the week, make sure it is portioned out before I have any. If I get hungry I'll go back and have another serving. I don't like water but this summer I've been drinking a lot of it. I still have my 32 oz of cola in the morning from McDonald's. That way I don't feel deprived.
