Yesterday I ate 12oz grilled chicken, and 330 gm of 2 alarm chilli made from extra lean beef, tried out some string cheeseā€¦ not great but not terrible just trying to find something different that I can have one the diet that is low fat low carb. Bought some jello & reddiwhip too.
316.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 137.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
