I took a really good look at myself in pictures from our vacation. I have been deluding myself that I wasn't fat, but I AM!! Must get serious about my eating habits. I have the exercise thing licked, it's the eating that is a problem. I don't need all those extra calories I consume so I am going to make a conscious effort to monitor every morsel of food that goes in my mouth!!!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
