We were all set to go this new Korean restaurant, but I just discovered that they don't serve beer and wine. Friday is one of my WINE days, and this is important to me! So. . . .off to the Oak House -- old reliable, great menu, exceptional service. . .and a nice selection of wines. Husband will be just delighted; it's one of his favorites.

Weight steady at 146.6 -- kind of a miracle!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
