Well went with a friend to a Rosemary Conley class last night and it appears that my scales are out by just over 3lb. So I am going to use her weights from now.

Exercise class after was a bit of a nightmare but will just have to keep persevering.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.2 lb a week

I watched a show once in London about different people doing different diets and the person who lost the most weight was the person on the Rosemary Conley diet. I had her book over 20 years ago but never took the time to read it! She is actually my inspiration method for dieting in that she combines exercise as part of the diet, something that other diets dont. I think you have made a great choice and after only a week of classes I have a feeling you will see changes. Go spurs!! (Used to support them when Glen Hoddle used to play!!)
