I watched a show once in London about different people doing different diets and the person who lost the most weight was the person on the Rosemary Conley diet. I had her book over 20 years ago but never took the time to read it!
She is actually my inspiration method for dieting in that she combines exercise as part of the diet, something that other diets dont.
I think you have made a great choice and after only a week of classes I have a feeling you will see changes.
