I don't think I actually got enough "good" foods in for the workouts. I was at a two day seminar (9am - 11pm) and I don't think I drank enough or ate right. So next week hopefully I will be smarter with my choices as I have another 2 day seminar.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
