Good running. Alchohol consumption reduction good (except cambridge beer fest exception and Eurovision 1 extra glass.) Eating fluctuative but good average.
223.8 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
