So, with a hernia - it’s time to try and lose weight again and see if that helps with the symptoms.
Although, after 6 months of eating and drinking like I wanted and no exercise - I managed to drop 1.2kg?? No idea what is going on with my body!
Here’s hoping for the best ... 🤞🏼
211.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
