My body seems to like this weight range. Don't think I am going to push to lose for the next 6 months, just maintain and keep up the weight training. Want to be back to a 225 lb power clean by my 69th bday.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 68.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

I think it will slowly adjust and you will lose over the 6 months of weight training. good plan!
