yeah! na mijn val begin april zojuist weer 10 km gelopen en mooie tijd (1:06) neergezet gezien omstandigheden. Heel blij!
165.3 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
