Mitten's Journal, 28 May 2010

Today I ate waffles, a corn dog, a chicken sandwich, french fries, lasagna, popcorn, and a can of pinto beans with salsa and sour cream. I have lost weight only because I guessed at my original weight and overshot it. Great success.
122.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.8 lb a week
