Wonder of wonders! Two glasses of wine and bang bang shrimp (on salad) yesterday and I weighed the same! This is a first! Why did it work? I was very careful the rest of the day -- small breakfast, sardines and cucumber for lunch. At our "going' out on the town dinner" we shared a roasted brussels sprouts appetizer. The salad had greens, avocado (which I, of course demolished), quinoa (had a little bit), and the shrimp. Hmmmmm. Ver-r-r-r-y interesting.

I'm going to try the bone broth recommended by Dr. Perlmutter, which happens to be available at a store not too far away. I'll use it in our AWESOME mixed grains dish, which we have just about every day. I'm posting the recipe under Tips. I'm not sure how this website works in that respect, but maybe it will show up somewhere.
