So, three weeks in the America’s took their toll. But to be honest, it could have been a lot worst. Back on track as of Tuesday, I think in three weeks we will be at status quo. Rock and Roll
192.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exactly ! The portions are huge and lots of fat, but great to be back.

I'm traveling to America for 6 weeks next month. I wish I would could put only 1 kg in 3 weeks like you. Well done! you can lose it in 10 days
