I'm thinking that I might reign in this whole gaining thing a bit. I'm pretty happy to have the weight on my middle, but I really wasn't expecting it all of a sudden. I haven't been exercising, so I picked up sleep apnea. 300 worked great, 330+ is proving a logistical challenge. I may have to drop the 30 pounds again until I can get into the rythem of good diet and exercise.
