Wow back from my two weeks vacation from SC had fun with the family it was very hard to eat healthy, but I survive only gain two pound and lost one of them today 👍🏾
198.5 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
