Hello everyone
So yesterday was day one of eating good and healthy i finished my last meal around 7 pm .
Today i just had black cofee and having water will go to gym during the evening once home .
Trying to keep my thoughts away and stick to water and convince my head to not think about binging.
Did weight and was 67 yesterday
Will check weight every Wednesday morning from tomorrow.
Struggle is real.
Lets see how it goes.
147.7 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
