Olahraga > 30 menit kontinu. Karena 30 menit pertama yang "dibakar" = GULA, sisa menit selanjutnya baru yang "dibakar" = LEMAK

Saya olahraga cardio yg low impact dengan X bike (sepeda statik) 50 menit plus push up/plank/weight training sekuatnya aja, Sist.
