Not really surprised. Burgers and coleslaw for lunch, followed up with a late night visit to the supermarket for bread and chicken.
So it was a late dinner of roast chicken ciabatta, with loads of coleslaw.
156.1 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
