i dont like how this is heading back up. Had a rich pizza and beers for the last few evening, and will probably continue to this week as we celebrate our son's birthday. i've kept up the 18-6 fast (10 days and counting) but the weight does not seem to be responding. I'll stick with it until September and re-evaluate then. I can, however, report feeling more alert, better energy throughout the day, and having a much easier time getting out of bed in the morning (this has always been a struggle). apart from feeling more hungry than I like, it hasn't been too hard to follow.
