Well, well. Not too bad and a nice surprise. Got takeout last night from our kitchen (retirement center option). Ordered a double serving of asparagus but received au gratin potatoes!! Ate it. Why? It was there. Anyway, had a good weigh-in this morning and will be careful today.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
