I'm beginning to suspect that I'm allergic to wine, along with the nightshades -- tomato, green pepper, etc. Yesterday, I had a small salad with tomatoes and green peppers and GAINED a POUND. The rest of my diet was excellent. So. . .maybe a new strategy.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

you can be sensitive to different foods, generally you get some reaction to them whether it is retaining water or some other symptom. I suffer from a lot of sensitivities and some allergies. Most gains if you are eating correctly and definitely lower calories to cause weight loss it is just a water gain. happens all the time to everyone. Make sure you weigh your food and log everything. It helps in the long run
