Berry Powerful Granola Bar

Lunch:
Quizno's - Turkey Pesto Bullet & Chicken Taco Salad (no guac)
Water

Afternoon Snack:
Mini Twix, Mini Snickers
Pepsi - started drinking it, but only finished half, I just didn't want anymore. Yay me.
Water



189.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
