I took a month off to indulge in alcohol and junk food. No sweat, I'll get right back on track, starting today. It will probably take a 3-4 wks to recover the weight damage but I don't think that will be a problem considering taking off almost 50ibs.
155.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
