Went to my weight watcher meeting on Saturday and lost .6 lbs.....at least I didn't gain!! I'm losing but not at the rate I'd like to be...1-2 lbs per week....hopefully, this weeks weigh in will be better.
211.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
