Did well yesterday. Started with some easy exercise too. What encouraged me the most though, is that when I entered the meals I had, the calories where much less than my RDI target. I think this means that if I manage to keep up and lose weight, and the RDI est. falls, I will still have fair chances to keep under that ever lowering target/estimate. And this without starving...
235.2 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
