Today is the end of two weeks of busy conference week and a busy grandma week with two toddlers, it takes both grandpa and I to wrangle them. 4 10hr days. So I have been eating lightly, not exercising. Stressful but enjoyable.... so now for a salad and spaghetti.....
240.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
