I have been on Phase 3 for about two 1/2 months now, and I'm happy with the way i've been eating...I forget to take the LLC though sometimes...I just keep forgetting it...And lately i've been really neglecting to take my pills...It's just so many of them and I absolutely hate taking pills...I'm horrible at sticking to a schedule and taking pills all the time. I am sticking to the diet to some point...There are little things that I am breaking or chose not to stick with...I love eating cereal...LOVe love it..Can not imagine having to stay on the plan and not ever eat cereal again...ALG does not recommend eating cereal or milk at all... I am sorry but I have to have my milk...I do drink organic fat free milk where as I used to drink full fat milk before and I love it. Also once in a while I give myself a treat and eat a piece of cake or a small scoop of ice cream... I think the plan may be too strict in certain circumstances but overall i'm adapting all the main principles and am eating better overall...
